At Wellknown Computers Private Limited, we prioritize the secure and timely dispatch of high-value IT components, custom rigs, and accessories across India.

1. Serviceable Locations & Logistics Partners

We deliver to over 18,000 pin codes across India through Tier-1 insured courier partners, including BlueDart, Delhivery, Expressbees, and Shiprocket fulfillment channels. Certain remote or restricted zones may have specific courier limitations.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • Standard Hardware Components: Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST are processed and dispatched within an estimated 24 to 48 hours on business days (Monday through Saturday).

  • Custom PC Builds: Orders requiring custom assembly, thermal testing, and burn-in bench tests require an estimated 3 to 5 business days processing time prior to dispatch.

4. Delivery Inspection & Package Acceptance Guidelines

⚠️ MANDATORY DELIVERY RULE FOR CUSTOMERS:

Do NOT accept any parcel if the outer shipping box or security seal is torn, tampered with, or heavily crushed. Instruct the delivery executive to return the package as “Refused due to outer tamper” and immediately inform our customer desk.

5. Shipment Tracking & Proof of Delivery

Upon dispatch, tracking credentials and airway bill numbers are communicated via SMS and Email. Please note tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on courier systems. Courier delivery executives may request OTP verification or physical sign-off upon handover.
