LG 29WQ500-B 29-inch UltraWide FHD IPS Monitor – 100Hz, HDR10

Expand your workspace with the LG 29WQ500-B 29-inch UltraWide Full HD IPS Monitor. Its 21:9 aspect ratio and 2560 × 1080 resolution provide a wider horizontal workspace than a conventional 16:9 Full HD monitor, making it easier to work with multiple windows side by side without constantly switching between applications.

The IPS panel delivers consistent image quality with sRGB 99% colour coverage, 16.7 million colours and a 178° viewing angle. The 1000:1 typical contrast ratio helps produce balanced detail across different types of content, while HDR10 support enhances compatible HDR content. LG also includes factory colour calibration for more consistent colour reproduction.

For smoother motion, the monitor supports a 100Hz refresh rate, AMD FreeSync and 1ms Motion Blur Reduction. Dynamic Action Sync helps reduce input lag, while Black Stabilizer improves visibility in darker scenes. The built-in Crosshair feature provides a fixed on-screen aiming point for compatible gaming scenarios. LG notes that 1ms MBR and AMD FreeSync cannot be used simultaneously.

The 29WQ500-B also includes Reader Mode and Flicker Safe features designed to provide a more comfortable viewing experience during extended screen use. Super Resolution+, Color Weakness and Smart Energy Saving add further flexibility for different usage requirements.

Connectivity includes 1 × HDMI, 1 × DisplayPort 1.4 and a headphone output. The monitor has a tilt-adjustable stand and supports a 100 × 100mm VESA mounting pattern, allowing it to be installed on compatible monitor arms or wall mounts.
