The iBall Nirantar UPS-1170 Power Backup UPS is designed to support computers and compatible electronic devices during power cuts and voltage fluctuations. With a rated capacity of 1000VA/600W, it provides dependable backup power for everyday computing and office applications.
Its line-interactive technology combines Double Boost and Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) to help maintain stable power across an input voltage range of 140–300V AC. The auto-recovery restart function allows the UPS to resume operation when the mains supply is restored.
Equipped with two 12V 7Ah batteries, the UPS is designed to provide extended backup compared with a single-battery configuration. Its simulated sine wave output and 4–8 ms typical transfer time help support connected equipment during changes in power supply. The fast-charging feature helps recharge the batteries efficiently.
Three output sockets provide connectivity for compatible devices. LED indicators and audible alarms communicate the operating status, while overload, short-circuit, overcharge and over-discharge protection help safeguard the UPS and connected equipment.
