ESSL AiFace Neptune Facial Recognition Attendance and Access Control System

The eSSL AiFace Neptune Facial Recognition System combines contactless attendance recording with access control functionality in a compact terminal. Its visible-light facial recognition technology identifies registered users without requiring physical contact, making it suitable for offices, commercial buildings, educational institutions and other workplaces.

The device incorporates anti-spoofing technology designed to help detect fraudulent verification attempts involving printed photographs, video playback and 3D masks. It supports up to 500 face templates, 1,000 users, 1,000 cards and 150,000 transaction records, providing practical capacity for employee attendance and access management.

A 4.3-inch touchscreen makes the system easy to operate, while built-in Wi-Fi, TCP/IP Ethernet and USB Host connectivity provide flexible options for network integration and data transfer. Facial recognition takes up to one second according to the manufacturer’s specifications.

For access control, the AiFace Neptune can connect to compatible electric or electromagnetic door locks, door sensors and exit buttons. Optional RFID card modules support additional authentication methods, while an optional rechargeable battery provides backup power where required.

The terminal supports eTimeTracklite attendance management software, helping organisations manage attendance records and integrate the device into their existing workforce-management processes.
