Four built-in microphones capture voices from different directions, while Acoustic Echo Cancellation, Automatic Gain Control, and Acoustic Noise Suppression help minimise echo and unwanted background noise. Full-duplex audio enables participants to speak and listen simultaneously, supporting more natural conversations.

The Quadro features USB connectivity for compatible conferencing systems and a built-in keypad for convenient access to microphone mute, speaker mute, volume adjustment, and call controls. For expanded coverage, the system supports up to two optional extension microphones.
