The D-Link NCB-FS09D-LCSC-2 Single Mode LC-SC Duplex Fiber Patch Cord provides a reliable connection between compatible optical networking equipment with LC and SC interfaces. With a 2-meter length and duplex configuration, it is suitable for connecting network switches, fiber patch panels, transceivers and other optical networking equipment.

The patch cord uses 9/125 µm single-mode fiber, making it suitable for single-mode optical networking applications where reliable transmission over longer distances is required. The LC-to-SC connector combination provides flexibility when connecting equipment or panels that use different fiber connector types.

D-Link uses high-precision ceramic ferrules to provide accurate connector alignment. The cable assembly is also designed for good geometrical characteristics and mechanical strength. D-Link states that its fiber patch cords are inspected for optical characteristics and fiber end-face quality, with attention to low insertion loss, return loss and clean end faces.
