TP-Link 300Mbps Wireless N Wi-Fi Router TL-WR820N

The TP-Link TL-WR820N 300Mbps Wireless N Wi-Fi Router provides a practical wireless networking solution for homes and small offices. Based on Wi-Fi 4 technology, it supports 2.4GHz 802.11n/b/g networks with wireless speeds of up to 300Mbps.

Its 2×2 MIMO technology and two fixed antennas help improve wireless transmission and coverage for everyday activities such as web browsing, HD streaming and downloading. The router includes one 10/100Mbps WAN port for connecting to an internet modem or broadband service and two 10/100Mbps LAN ports for wired devices.

The TL-WR820N also provides useful network-management features. Guest Network allows visitors to access the internet separately from the main network, while Parental Controls provide URL filtering and time-based access control. Device-based QoS can help prioritize network traffic according to connected devices.

For IPTV users, the router supports IGMP Proxy, IGMP Snooping, Bridge and Tag VLAN functions. It also supports IPv6 along with multiple WAN connection types, including Dynamic IP, Static IP, PPPoE, PPTP and L2TP. Security features include SPI Firewall, access control, IP & MAC binding and wireless encryption.
