Philips DVT2015 VoiceTracer Audio Recorder – 8GB

The Philips DVT2015 VoiceTracer Audio Recorder provides a convenient solution for recording voice notes, interviews, meetings and other audio content. Its stereo microphone system, multiple recording modes and expandable storage make it suitable for both everyday and extended recording requirements.

Stereo Microphones for Clear Recording

The DVT2015 uses two high-quality stereo microphones designed to capture recordings with stereo sound. This makes the recorder suitable for voice notes, interviews and small meeting environments.

MP3 and PCM Recording

The recorder supports WAV (PCM) and MP3 recording formats. It provides multiple recording modes, including PCM, HQ, SP and SLP, allowing users to select an appropriate balance between recording quality and available storage.

8GB Internal Storage with microSD Expansion

With 8GB of built-in NAND Flash memory, the DVT2015 provides substantial storage for recorded audio. A microSD card of up to 32GB can also be used to expand storage capacity.

Extended Recording Capacity

Depending on the selected recording mode, the built-in memory can provide up to 12 hours of PCM recording, 90 hours of HQ MP3 recording, 297 hours of SP recording or 2370 hours of SLP recording. Actual recording capacity depends on the selected format and recording settings.

Voice-Activated and One-Touch Recording

The DVT2015 includes voice-activated recording as well as instant one-touch recording, making it easier to start capturing audio without navigating through complicated menus. A recording timer is also available.

FM Stereo Recording

The built-in FM stereo tuner supports the 87.5–108 MHz frequency range and allows FM recording. The tuner also supports automatic digital tuning.

Sembly Speech-to-Text Support

The DVT2015 is supplied with Sembly speech-to-text cloud software support, allowing recorded audio to be converted into text through the supported Sembly service. Internet access is required for the cloud-based transcription service.
