Dual-Band AC750 Wi-Fi
The RE200 supports dual-band Wi-Fi with combined speeds of up to 750Mbps. It provides up to 300Mbps on the 2.4GHz band and up to 433Mbps on the 5GHz band, giving compatible devices flexible wireless connectivity for everyday browsing, streaming and other network activities.
Extend Wi-Fi Coverage
Place the RE200 between your router and areas with weak signal to extend wireless coverage. TP-Link states that the RE200 can help extend coverage to up to 2,000 sq. ft. (185 m²) under suitable conditions. Actual coverage and throughput depend on building materials, interference, network conditions, device capabilities and placement.
Easy Setup & Placement
The RE200 features a convenient WPS/RE button for straightforward wireless setup. Its Smart Signal Indicator helps identify a suitable location by showing the signal strength received from the existing router. The compact wall-mounted design also makes it easy to reposition when required.
Ethernet Port for Wired Devices
A built-in 10/100Mbps Ethernet port allows the RE200 to work as a wireless adapter for compatible wired devices such as desktops, gaming consoles and other network-enabled equipment.
Mesh Networking
The current TP-Link India listing identifies the RE200 as EasyMesh-compatible, while specific hardware versions may use TP-Link OneMesh technology. Mesh functionality depends on compatible hardware and firmware, so compatibility should be checked against the particular RE200 hardware version before installation.
